评价结果显示，39个参评城市中，苏州、上海、深圳、南京、青岛、广州、杭州、北京、宜昌和海口进入前十名；而温州、天津、九江、哈尔滨、济南、武汉、长春、泉州、石家庄和唐山排在后十名。新纳入评价的城市总体表现一般，导致39个城市第二季度平均分略低于第一季度30城市平均分。
