The?Measures for the Administration of Legal Disclosure of Enterprise Environmental Information (the “Measures”) and the Format Guidelines for Legal Disclosure of Enterprise Environmental Information (the “Format Guidelines”) issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in December 2021 came into effect on February 8, 2022. The release of the two documents provides a policy basis and support for enterprise carbon disclosure in China.
