本期报告我们通过对A股20家涉及垃圾焚烧业务的上市公司的年报和企业社会责任报告环境信息披露部分进行分析，发现旺能环境（002034）、启迪环境（000826）、上海环境（601200）等10家上市公司环境信息披露存在显著缺陷。其中4家在2019年年报中明确声明“不存在重大处罚及整改情况”或“不适用”，涉嫌虚假陈述；6家未在2019年年报中就自身或分子控等关联公司的环境违规问题作出任何披露。
